How to make garlic cod

  • 1 scallion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 glass of tomato sauce
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 chili pepper

Clean all the ingredients.


Cut the green pepper and the bell pepper into dice, the size of the dice can be as you like.


Chop the scallions and peel the garlic cloves and chop them.


Heat the four tablespoons of oil in a large pan or a low and large pan. Put the garlic cloves and when golden brown add the green pepper, the red pepper and the scallion.


Season to taste and simmer well over low heat for 15 minutes.


Then add the cod and chilli to the sauce and fry for two minutes over high heat.


Pour the tomato sauce and cook it all for three more minutes to mix all the ingredients. Ready! Now you can serve your delicious cod with garlic and enjoy it with whomever you like.
