How to keep fresh clams

Then soak a clean cloth with water and place all the clams in the center of the damp cloth. Close the four ends of the cloth by making a knot and place them in a bowl or on a plate.


The bowl with the clams should stay in the fridge until we go to cook them.


It is preferable that you re-soak the cloth every day and repeat this process. In this way the clams will stay fresh for three or four days.
