How to make gluten-free pizza dough

To prepare the gluten-free pizza dough, the first thing to do is to have a place in the kitchen that is an idea to knead. Clean and dry the surface well before starting to make sure the dough is perfect and free of any residue.

Place the 250 gr of flour on the surface and open a hole in the center, imitating the shape of a volcano, as you see in the image.

In that center you must add half a teaspoon of salt, Italian spices (if you wish), 250 ml of warm water, tablespoon of olive oil and yeast.

Start kneading always from the center out so that all the ingredients are mixed in a perfectly homogeneous way. The gluten-free pizza dough should be elastic and very soft, if you notice that it has been hard and difficult to handle then add a little more water and continue kneading until you get the desired texture.

Once ready, cover it and let it sit for 20 minutes to grow. It should be twice its original size.

Preheat the oven to 180 º and, meanwhile, knead with a roller to give your dough the desired shape, either round or square.

Once ready, bake for 10 minutes at 200 º. Your gluten-free pizza dough will have cooked lightly, then you can add all the ingredients you want and finish preparing it by putting it back in the oven until it is perfectly golden.

The good news is that with the trick of cooking it previously 10 minutes you can keep the frozen dough in case you over, or you do not want to prepare gluten-free pizza at that time.
