How to make spinach pancakes with cheese

  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 or 2 cloves of garlic.

  • ½ cup wheat flour

In a pan with plenty of olive oil, the onion is sauteed.


Then add the tomato squares to continue making the spinach tortillas.


And finally garlic, salt and pepper to taste. It is removed from the heat and reserved for use after it has cooled.


In a pot put to boil water with a pinch of salt. Remove the leaves from the spinach clusters and then place them for a couple of minutes in the boiling water.


After a minute, the spinach leaves are filtered until all the excess water is removed.


The spinach is chopped with a knife and taken to a bowl.


The mozzarella cheese and it is added to spinach.
